During construction, Gute Machinery's intelligent equipment demonstrated remarkable technical advantages: Equipped with a PLC + servo motor control system, the equipment controlled the diameter error of reinforcement cages within ±5mm and achieved a stirrup spacing accuracy of ±10mm, fully complying with European infrastructure standards; the integrated automatic feeding and welding process required only 1-2 operators, increasing efficiency by 3-5 times compared with traditional manual processing and significantly reducing on-site construction intensity. Addressing the space constraints at the Moldovan construction site, the technical team optimized the equipment layout and strictly adhered to safety specifications such as a lifting height of 5.5 meters and an equipment spacing of 1.5 meters, ensuring a stable and precise hoisting process with no equipment collisions or safety accidents.
Notably, the reinforcement cages installed this time adopted the carbon dioxide gas shielded welding process, ensuring firm welding between main reinforcement bars and stirrups with excellent corrosion resistance, which effectively guarantees the long-term stability of the pile foundation structure. Meanwhile, the sound measurement tubes embedded in accordance with design requirements were accurately positioned, providing reliable support for subsequent project quality inspections. The supervision party of the Moldovan project stated that Gute Machinery's construction technology and equipment level meet internationally advanced standards, and its efficient contract performance has laid a solid foundation for the project's on-schedule progress.
