This month, GUTE Machinery has steadily advanced key tasks including factory renovation, new product R&D, overseas project delivery and production management optimization. All departments worked closely together. We completed factory upgrading, delivered customized equipment and on-site services for overseas clients, launched new machinery, and reformed the internal production management system, achieving steady improvement in overall operational efficiency.

To optimize production procedures, improve productivity and product quality, we launched a full-scale factory renovation and upgrade project this month. The project includes workshop layout adjustment, production line optimization, supporting facility improvement and working environment upgrading. We also standardized production processes and safety management.

After completion, the renovated factory will greatly enhance our capacity for mass order delivery, and provide solid hardware support for the mass production of customized equipment and new models, further strengthening our manufacturing capability.

Supported by our mature product solutions and one-stop overseas service system, we achieved remarkable results in overseas business this month.

In accordance with the client’s site conditions, production capacity requirements and personalized demands, our team completed the R&D and manufacturing of a custom automatic steel cage welding workstation. Our technical staff optimized the design and structure throughout the whole process. This project fully demonstrates our strong capability of non-standard customization, and helps us further expand the Southeast Asian market.

Following our previous cooperation, our professional engineers traveled to Albania to conduct on-site installation, commissioning and operator training of the drum welding machine for the local leading construction company. The equipment is now in formal operation. Our efficient and reliable on-site service won high recognition from the client. This cooperation deepens our partnership and consolidates GUTE’s brand reputation in the Balkan region.

After repeated testing and technical iteration, our brand-new model SGW16T was officially launched this month. As another key achievement of our R&D team, this new machine is fully upgraded in performance, operational stability and user-friendliness. It further enriches our product portfolio and caters to the demands of clients with different working conditions and production scales, offering more high-quality rebar processing equipment for global users.

Considering the current order volume, market demands and factory renovation schedule, we carried out a comprehensive reform of the production planning system. By adjusting production scheduling rules, optimizing capacity allocation and rationally arranging manpower and equipment, we have established a refined production management system.

The new mechanism effectively sorts order priorities, shortens production cycles and improves on-time delivery rate. It realizes cost reduction and efficiency improvement, making the whole production operation more scientific and efficient.
